Operations Associate

Job Description:

Shopee Philippines is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across various departments. This position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist with inventory management and tracking - Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Assist in project management and implementation of new processes - Support in resolving operational issues and implementing solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence - Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proven experience in operations management - Driven and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
