Operations Associate

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a passionate and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of MetroMart, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service. - Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient running of the business. - Collaborate with team members to improve operational procedures and enhance customer satisfaction. - Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing orders to maintain high standards. - Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.

Requirements: - Passionate about the e-commerce industry and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Hardworking with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from various departments. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to problem-solve independently. - Must be able to work part-time hours in Manila, NCR, Philippines.
