Operations Associate

Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a dedicated and reliable Operations Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our business in the region.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of Grab Philippines in Cebu, Central Visayas - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and increase efficiency - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing valuable insights and recommendations - Support the Operations Manager in various projects and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 4 years of relevant work experience in operations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Persuasive and able to influence others effectively
