Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Shopee Philippines is currently seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Davao City. As an Associate Level position, the candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of confidence and motivation, as well as excellent presentation and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage day-to-day operations remotely - Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow - Analyze data and provide insights for operational improvements - Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies - Assist in the training and onboarding of team members - Handle customer queries and issues in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field - Strong presentation and communication skills - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and motivated attitude - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
