Operations Associate

Job Description: BeamAndGo is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing support to various departments within the company. This role is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, who is energetic, hardworking, and possesses excellent people management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 2. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth. 4. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and service levels. 5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 7. Assist in the training and development of new team members. 8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Energetic, hardworking, with a positive attitude. 8. Experience in people management and persuasion.
