Operations Associate

Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of the company.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various departments to streamline operational processes - Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement - Assist in developing strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency - Manage day-to-day operational tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner - Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards are maintained - Assist in implementing new operational procedures and systems - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on operational goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in operations - Confident and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent negotiation and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
