Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations of the company - Manage and maintain project schedules and timelines - Communicate effectively with team members and management - Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations - Help implement and optimize operational processes - Provide support for special projects and initiatives as required
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Strong project management skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
