Acudeen Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the management of operational tasks, including data entry, document processing, and inventory management - Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to coordinate operations - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Maintain accurate records and documentation for reference and compliance purposes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold operational standards - Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work independently - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
