Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Associate at Cebu Pacific Air, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive traffic and engagement across our digital platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement - Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with internal teams to create digital content that aligns with brand objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist in tracking and reporting on KPIs to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field - 4 years of experience in digital marketing - Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for digital marketing - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
