MetroMart is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to work from home in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. We are looking for a resilient and energetic individual with excellent communication and innovative skills to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to MetroMart's platform. 2. Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. 3. Analyze key metrics and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI. 4. Create and manage digital content, including website copy, blog posts, and social media posts. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns. 6. Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Creative thinking and innovative mindset. 6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
