Marketing Associate

Job Description:

KMC Solutions is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of marketing experience. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, dedicated, possess strong research and communication skills, and be committed to exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences - Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing materials - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and innovative marketing strategies - Assist in organizing and attending events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches - Provide support in managing relationships with vendors, agencies, and other marketing partners

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies - Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
