Balikbayad, a leading financial services company, is seeking a remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience, ranging from mid-to-senior level.

As the Account Support Manager, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing client accounts, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for resolving any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in account management or a related field - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong attention to detail and presentation skills - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
