Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Lazada Philippines. This is a remote work opportunity based in Taguig, NCR, PH, on a part-time basis with entry-level seniority. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and reconcile discrepancies - Prepare and process payments - Maintain vendor records and communicate with vendors as needed - Assist in month-end closing processes - Assist with audits and financial reporting - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
