Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work


Job Description:


1Export is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to our team of professionals by handling a variety of administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both in-person and virtually - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - Proactively communicate with team members to ensure seamless operations - Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications in a professional manner - Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documentation - Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates - Perform general office tasks such as data entry, organizing supplies, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and time management - Must be able to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
