Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to clients - Assist with order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
