Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Cropital is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Live Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay informed about company products and services to effectively answer customer queries - Identify and escalate any trends or recurring issues to the appropriate team members - Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Confidence and a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Innovative and creative problem-solving skills - Cooperation and willingness to learn and adapt - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be available to work part-time hours
