Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Account Support Associate to join our team at Gcash in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and account management services to our clients. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Manage and update client account information in our system accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client inquiries - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Contribute to the overall improvement of customer service processes and procedures - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in customer support or account management - Resourceful and confident attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently - Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
