Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and independent Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Philippine Airlines. This position is part-time and allows for remote work from the comfort of your own home. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and answering general inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Must be reliable and able to work independently. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Creativity and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to make quick and effective decisions. 5. Knowledge of airline industry practices and procedures is a plus.
