Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Zennya is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team in Taguig, NCR. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables - Assist in developing client retention strategies and implementing best practices - Prepare reports and presentations to showcase client performance and results

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong presentation and teamwork skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams - Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
