Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Manager to join our team at Cebu Pacific Air. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist clients with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Identify and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate team for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Act as a liaison between clients and the company to provide feedback and improve customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
