Remote Client Support Officer

Job description:

Monde Nissin is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for a reliable and resilient individual who possesses strong adaptability and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries and issues - Maintain client records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues - Assist in the development and implementation of client support processes and procedures - Communicate effectively with clients to build positive relationships and ensure satisfaction - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in client support services

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities - High attention to detail - Proficiency in computer systems and software - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred - Availability to work part-time hours
