ZipMatch, a leading real estate technology company based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the real estate industry.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat - Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist clients with navigating our platform, answering questions about listings, and providing guidance on the real estate buying process - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive client experience - Analyze client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our services


Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits that enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze client inquiries to provide effective solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing top-notch customer support - A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in the real estate industry - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
