Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Avion School is currently seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our students, potential students, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages from students and potential students. 2. Assist students with enrollment, payment processing, and general inquiries about our programs. 3. Conduct research and provide information on Avion School's courses, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities. 4. Help troubleshoot technical issues related to our online platform and provide guidance on how to navigate it effectively. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address student concerns and ensure a seamless experience throughout their journey with Avion School. 6. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up as needed.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role. 2. Passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service. 3. Resourceful in finding solutions to complex problems. 4. Strong research and strategic planning skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 7. Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
