Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to work from home in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields. We are looking for someone who is confident, passionate, cooperative, and persuasive to join our team.
Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up skills. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems and improve overall customer experience. 4. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs set by the company. 7. Serve as a product expert and resource for customers, providing solutions and recommendations based on their needs.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Must be confident, passionate, cooperative, and persuasive.
