Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


SariSuki, a leading e-commerce company based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a resilient and motivated personality. Critical thinking and time management skills are also essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing a positive customer experience - Update customer accounts and records accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer support experience - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strong critical thinking and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms - Flexible schedule to accommodate peak customer service hours
