Job Description:

BeautyMNL is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat. 2. Assist customers with product recommendations, order tracking, and general inquiries. 3. Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to help customers look and feel their best. 5. Presentation skills to effectively communicate product information to customers. 6. Research skills to quickly and accurately find solutions to customer inquiries. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
