Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

ChatGenie is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Marketing Assistant to join our team in Manila. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires at least 3 years of experience in marketing. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in various tasks related to marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives - Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Maintain and update marketing databases and customer profiles - Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM tools, Adobe Creative Suite) - Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
