Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking an Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, innovative, and possess critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed - Utilize company resources and tools to provide accurate information and assistance to customers - Maintain customer satisfaction by establishing rapport and building relationships - Document all customer interactions and follow-up as necessary - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer and technology usage - Ability to problem-solve and think critically - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
