Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job description:


Ayala Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. This entry-level position does not require any prior experience but does require candidates to possess key personality traits such as adaptability and drive. Additionally, soft skills such as leadership and innovation are highly valued in this role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product information and guidance to customers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in using online customer support platforms. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 6. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
