Job Description:
Kumu, a leading online platform based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.
Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to users via live chat, assisting with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and escalate to management when necessary. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to improve the overall user experience. - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to users. - Assist with training new team members and sharing best practices for online support.
Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and solving problems. - Resilient under pressure and able to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude. - Strong strategic planning skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage workload. - Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues. - Proficiency in written communication and the ability to type quickly and accurately. - Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service tools (e.g. Zendesk, Intercom).
