Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Saphron, a leading technology company based in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Online Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. 2. Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for growth. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for promotional campaigns. 6. Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers on social media to foster a sense of community. 7. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our online presence.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in online marketing or a similar role. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and implementing digital marketing campaigns. 4. Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite and Buffer. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 7. Hardworking and passionate about digital marketing. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
