Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Balikbayad is looking for a motivated and independent Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information regarding product offerings, promotions, and company policies. 3. Assist customers with order processing, shipping updates, and issue resolution. 4. Utilize critical thinking and analysis skills to identify trends and recommend improvements to the chat support process. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding customer interactions and data privacy.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and independent work ethic. 2. Strong critical thinking and analysis skills. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Knowledge of basic computer applications and internet navigation. 7. Fluent in English and Tagalog.
