Job Description - Operations Manager - Work from home


Job Description: Petron Corporation is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to work from home in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Associate level position with 5 years of experience, the ideal candidate should possess the following personality traits: independence and energy. Additionally, soft skills such as attention to detail and analysis are crucial for success in this role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability - Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services - Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Manage a team of remote workers and provide leadership and guidance as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective communication - Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to meet business objectives - Prepare reports and presentations for upper management on a regular basis


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in operations management in a similar industry - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
