Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

HealthNow is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Support Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues with software or hardware. 2. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of remote support systems and tools. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Document support processes and procedures for future reference. 6. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate. 7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. 2. Strong planning and project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage tasks. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Technical knowledge and experience in remote support systems and tools. 6. Familiarity with health technology and software is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
