Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Meralco, a leading utility company in the Philippines, is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Taguig, NCR. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers experiencing technical issues with their utility services - Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat support - Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our system - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

Requirements: - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong decision-making and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of utility services
