Financial Advisor | Work from Home | Part-time or Full-time

AXA, the Top Global Insurance Brand, is growing in the Philippines, and we are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for leadership and community service to be part of our Management Development Program as a Financial Advisor.

This role is a fast track to management level and will give you an all-encompassing view of insurance operations. Not only will you be trained to become an unbiased adviser, but also, to be part of the management team; all within a year. You will be handling multiple stakeholders and will be put in a highly-pressured environment. You will be exposed to multiple departments of business, mainly, Sales, Human Resources, and Sales Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall sales performance of the team
• Create financial blueprints and advise clients on portfolio management
• Analyze and draw conclusions from market outlook and investment environment
• Generate leads, profile, and prepare custom-fitted insurance and investment packages
• Attend regular team meetings, company trainings as required
