German speaking Inside Sales Representative - WFH in Poland Salary: Basic annual gross salary of 105,000 PLN plus uncapped commission The Company Our client is a global workspace provider offering services offices under several brand names. They are expanding at the moment and are looking for an experienced sales professional with fluent German to join their DACH inside Sales team. The role can be offered as a fully remote role from one of the following countries: Czech Rep, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece or Portugal. The Role As an Inside Sales Representative you will work in a fast paced international sales environment, dealing with high volume of in and outbound calls. Your clients will be mainly SMB's from the DACH region who will contact you to enquire about serviced office spaces. Besides this, you will conduct outbound calls to potential clients who registered their interest online. You will also answer queries via email and will be fully responsible for the whole sales cycle. This is a very target driven role, where a focus lies on converting calls into a sales deal and would suit a motivated sales professional. The successful Inside Sales Representative has: • Fluent German and English • Ability to multi- task, prioritize and manage time effectively • Experience in high volume in- and outbound calling desired • Target-driven and have a complete focus on achieving targets and helping grow business Salary, Relocation Package and Benefits The selection process can be done remotely. There is a very competitive salary package with a basic annual gross salary of 105,000 PLN plus uncapped commissions.
