We are looking for HR Operations Specialist with Swedish. Location & commitments: full-time job, Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street), hybrid model. Responsibilities: Managing HR administration process for the employees based in Nordic&Baltic region, taking care of uploading data and its quality in different HR systems, preparing different HR and data reports and analysis regarding employee administration, helping our employees, managers and HR business partners in Nordic-zone in variety of HR related topics via phone and email, participating in review of HR processes in order of continuous improvement of their quality, supporting our HR teams in various daily operations & hr projects. Requirements: Interest, knowledge, education and/or experience in HR would be your advantage, experience in SSC/BPO organization will be a huge asset, customer orientation and team working skills, proactive attitude and innovation spirit. Languages: English – fluent (verbal and written), Swedish – fluent (verbal and written), French, Spanish, Italian, German, Scandinavian, Finnish, Polish as a nice to have. What we offer?
