We are seeking for an experienced HR/Recruitment manager to become a part of our friendly GitNation team. During 8 years on the market, GitNation has became a leading organization building most known events for software engineers worldwide, we run conferences remotely and in Amsterdam, London, Berlin. Our current team consists of 30+ people, and we are looking to expand the team with positions open in event management, sales, marketing, video production as well in as in our IT department. You will be working from flexible Warsaw office (or remotely) and collaborate with local and remote colleagues within the EU time zone. Responsibility: Lead the recruitment efforts across all departments (event managers, sales, marketing, and other); Reach potential candidates and support them through the interviews phase; Manage team contracts, social package services; Support team managers in annual review processes and other people management tasks; Support our managed office (within co-working space); Organize occasional team outings. Requirements: Excellent communication skills (in Russian); Experience in the complete recruitment cycle across different departments; Experience in HR manager role; Good written English skills (our written communication is mostly in English + occasional international positions may pop up); Familiarity with the following tools: Trello, Google Drive; As a bonus: experience working within IT industry (preferably international); As a bonus: familiarity with events industry.
