Currently we are looking for individual who would like to strengthen our French Reporting Team. HR Reporting Team’s purpose is to perform the regular, on-demand and periodic reporting for the colleagues within Volvo Group. We extract data and prepare reports. In addition, we advise how to support the customer needs in the best possible way and secure the correctness of data. As an HR intern you will be: Cooperating daily with team members, managers, employees in HR reporting matters Communicating with our stakeholders and IT Using Excel for reporting purposes Working with various experts on demanding HR issues Securing confidentiality of HR data processing Participating in various trainings Who are you? We would like you to contribute with the following: Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and French Readiness to work at least 30 hours a week (flexible schedule is possible) Intermediate command of Excel Curiosity, proactive approach and engagement Attention to detail Customer focus, because we make our customers win Sense of humor and genuine understanding of how important it is to have fun at work!
