Your key responsibilities: Content Creation : Craft persuasive copy across multiple platforms including email campaigns, landing pages, SMS/push notifications, mobile app content, and more. Turn customer interviews and use cases into engaging content that attracts new customers. Customer Centric : You will be responsible for creating content that resonates with our buyers. Educating them on industry trends, Arena’s point of view, and how our product offerings align with their needs. Strategy & Branding : Ensure all content resonates with Arena's brand voice, positioning our offerings effectively within the market. Collaboration : Partner with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, creating impactful copy that aligns with business goals and product strategies. Testing & Analytics : Adopt a data-driven approach, initiating A/B tests for content, and iterating based on performance metrics. File Management : Organize, archive, and ensure easy accessibility of all copy files.
