Your tasks in this position are: Executing a sales strategy, Coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring staff, Management of the internal sales team - onboarding, KPI, document supervision and conducting regular meetings with team members to provide them with constructive feedback on their performance, Hiring and onboarding new team members.
