We are looking for a Data Analyst to work on our Salesforce and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge in Salesforce, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the data management and analysis efforts at Second Nature, leveraging Salesforce and other leading technologies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze data and own reporting efforts within our Salesforce instance Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the system Proactively identify and investigate data integrity issues Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, including SOPs and business requirements Collaborate closely with team members to better understand and leverage data Manage and prioritize tasks without the need for constant direction Preferred Qualifications Deep salesforce knowledge Excellent data analysis skills Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Knowledge of SOQL Experience creating comprehensive documentation, including the ability to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for projects, outline project outcomes, and draft detailed business requirements. Advanced Excel skills, including macros, VLOOKUP, and queries Strong communication and collaboration skills We get it.
