Why Lytx?: Our team is actively looking for a collaborative, customer service focused, Senior HRIS Analyst to support the People Operations team and Lytx Workday team.The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing technical support of our Global HR information systems, including issue analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new and existing systems and functionality. You’ll Get To: Participate in the execution and implementation of recommendations derived from Workday Tenant Analysis Troubleshoot and resolve Workday business process escalations, data corrections, and Workday ticketing service requests by recommending and executing process and system improvements to ensure optimal system functionality; Build effective communications and training for end users to optimize the efficiency of systems and tools; Be a Global thought Partner with our internal People Stakeholders and SME’s in the different business groups to proactively gather current concerns and leverage systems knowledge to provide creative solutions Assist in the creation and initiation of all Workday supported HR programs; Design, create and maintain custom reporting and dashboards in the system; Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in planning or decision-making; Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure file delivery and follow up on data issues; Serves as a liaison between People Operations, and external system partners for HRIS activities; Supports Senior HRIS partners with maintaining knowledge of new upcoming features, releases and functionality within the People information systems landscape, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and partner with participant groups to provide recommendations Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need: 5+ years designing HRMS data architecture, structure, functions and processes, and experience with enterprise application tools, global experience is preferred 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM application and integrations. Demonstrated functional knowledge of multiple Workday applications including reporting experience Collaborative customer service approach, with strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility and partner with others, and effective at working with others in remote/global work settings Ability to create, deploy, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards. Completed Workday education or certification is a plus. Global experience is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail Highly analytical mindset with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues Ability to multi-task and comfortable providing end user support and basic functional training Must possess strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential information Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); strong Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables & vlook-up) required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent education and/or work experience Work remotely with occasional onsite meetings in San Diego, CA and/or Hybrid if located nearby San Diego, CA office. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
