Ability to   implement  world-changing initiatives  thanks to our  Grant Program. a minimum of 5 years of practical project experience in the field of HR transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science. Comprehensive knowledge of HR work, as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes. practical experience in (partial) project management in the HR environment, with extensive experience in HR process design, optimization, and transformation. We expect in-depth knowledge of HR technology and systems and a strong understanding of HR compliance and regulations. fluent in English (written and spoken). German or French skills are desirable (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, HR and IT. commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven ability to lead change initiatives and effectively manage projects with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to   implement  world-changing initiatives  thanks to our  Grant Program. ,[providing consulting services to various clients, focusing on the development and optimization of HR service models, analyzing and enhancing HR service delivery for different organizations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to align with each client's unique needs and strategic objectives, collaborates with client HR teams, executives, and key stakeholders to create exceptional HR services tailored to their specific requirements, manage the full scope of client engagements, from planning to resourcing, governance and delivery, conduct comprehensive assessments of existing HR service models for different client organizations to identify areas for enhancement, lead the development of customized HR service models that align with each client's strategic objectives and operational requirements, establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that HR services meet the unique quality and performance standards of each client, lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new service models for each client, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.] Requirements: Degree, Project management, Stakeholder management, Analytical skills Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Free coffee, Modern office, Bike parking, No dress code, Free parking, Playroom, In-house trainings.
