Join our global TUI Musement Global People Services team as an HR Administrator – People Services where you will support contracting our posted staff working in our various destinations around the world.This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Greece.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Contracting (preparation of employment contracts, deal with inquiries of candidates, contract changes, etc.)
• Data maintenance in EC and SAP (entries, exits, destination changes, etc.)
• Various administrative activities (confirmations, terminations, agreements, preparation of reports etc.)
• Cooperation with various Stakeholders (such as Payroll, Reward, Recruitment, Placement, etc.)
• Participation in local as well as international HR projects

ABOUT YOU

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English (plus German is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Demonstrable previous experience in Business administration tasks
• Empathy, honesty, transparency and confidentiality should be part of your personality
• SAP/EC experience is an advantage
