Operations Associate

QatarDebate is seeking a dedicated and confident Operations Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and handling logistics - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Handle communications with internal and external stakeholders - Support the planning and execution of various projects and initiatives

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in operations or a related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Cooperation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
