Operations Associate

Job Description:

The Operations Associate at Qatar Science & Technology Park will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organization. This role will involve working closely with various departments within the company to coordinate and execute operational initiatives.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and guidelines. 2. Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 4. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing documents. 5. Assist in the planning and execution of projects to meet organizational goals. 6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain management. 7. Provide support in resolving operational issues and escalating as needed. 8. Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and best practices.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 4. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong presentation and communication skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
