Job Description - Business Development Manager

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored catering solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and marketing, to deliver high-quality service and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in the catering industry or related field.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to business development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
