Job Description - Contracts and Procurement Manager
Develop and lead the capability growth strategy in the area of contract and supplier management to align with the BDA business plans and technology roadmaps
Lead, engage and develop employees
Strategic workforce planning including the provision of resources to meet multiple project demands
Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement and productivity by questioning established practice
Support executing projects within the Sustainment Operations business unit through provision of people, processes and tools relevant to contracting to ensure they are successful in meeting our customer expectations
Enable collaboration across programs to identify and leverage commonalities, innovation and efficiencies across multiple programs.
